 | Jeremy Gilbert is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 25 years experience in professional property work.
Having gained initial experience in both the public and private sectors, he joined Collins Commercial in 1988 to set up the professional department.
He has extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant negotiations including dispute resolution under the Arbitration Acts and Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Since the overhaul of the rating system in 1990, he has been extensively involved in rating appeal work which on occasions has led to attendance before a Valuation Tribunal on behalf of clients in order to challenge their rating assessments. |
