Project Management
 Our role as project managers encompasses direct reporting to the client, acting as the main interface between the chosen principal contractor and any secondary sub-contractors.

We sit alongside our client, interpreting and implementing the brief with those third parties, ensuring that best practice, pricing and quality is achieved.

As project managers, on any project on behalf of a client, our role commences from meeting with the client to ascertain specific needs, demands and initial brief to fully understand the client’s requirements, to the final account and hand-over of the project.
